The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) will be organizing a SME Briefing on Government Support and Funding Programmes HR recruitment and Retention with RPat Pte Ltd on 11 Apr 2019.

Examine your own strengths and weaknesses to aid in development of your emotional intelligence to work effectively with others. Manage your own emotions and maintain composure, self-confidence and resilience when dealing with challenges and setbacks. 

Next, SNEF will be introducing the P-Max Place-and Train Programme (P-Max) and Enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP). Through P-Max, SMEs will receive $5,000 upon successful completion of the programme. While under CSP, PMETs unemployed for six months or more, in mid-level jobs that pay $3,600 will be given wage support for up to 18 months.

After which, AIA will share one how companies can motivate employee’s welfare and boost company’s productivity culture by exploring the various corporate employee solutions. Participants will also learn how they can enjoy up to $126,000 of benefits value.
