The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) will be organizing a SME Briefing on Government Support and Funding Programmes HR recruitment and Retention with RPat Pte Ltd on 15 May 2019.

Next, SNEF will be introducing the P-Max Place-and Train Programme (P-Max), Enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP) and Professional Conversion Programme (PCP). Through P-Max, SMEs will receive $5,000 upon successful completion of the programme. While under CSP, PMETs unemployed for six months or more, in mid-level jobs that pay $3,600 will be given wage support for up to 18 months. The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) aims to help jobseekers reskill and acquire necessary knowledge and competencies to take on new jobs. Eligible companies will receive training grants and salary support of up to $18,000.
