The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) will be organising Business Design Thinking for a LEAN Enterprise on 17 April 2019. In the consumer centric age, empowered customers are shaping the service landscape. Customers expect consistent emotionally engaging experience across all touch points. Yet getting everyone within your company on the same page isn’t so simple. It requires a common customer-centric mindset and rich consumer insights for everyone to see the customer and understand their needs in order to transform the company’s customer experience. The answer lies in the practicing of the 3 Gears of Business Design Thinking to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, create valuable new experiences for customers, and formulate more game-changing business strategies.
SNEF will be introducing the P-Max Place-and Train Programme (P-Max) and Enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP). Through P-Max, SMEs will receive $5,000 upon successful completion of the programme. While under CSP, PMETs unemployed for six months or more, in mid-level jobs that pay $3,600 will be given wage support for up to 18 months.
This 2-hour session will help companies embark on “Fresh Thinking” – Learn the secrets of Design Thinking in order to encourage a culture of innovation, ignite “Passion” – Uncover employees’ unspoken needs to garner buy-in and How your business can “Be the Game Changer” – Apply Business Design Strategies for successful organisation-wide implementation. In addition, it will provide insights into how business owners and their management team can better formulate game-changing business strategies.
