The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) will be organizing a SME Briefing on Government Support and Funding Programmes HR recruitment and Retention with RPat Pte Ltd on 21 February 2019.

Coaching is the art of working with people to minimise interference and maximise their fullest potential in what they do. For team leaders who are coaching their team, coaching can help their team individuals explore their motivation, and overcome the obstacles that are holding them back. Participants will get hands-on practice in using coaching tools, concepts and even an Elemental5 Awareness behavioural profiling tool to assess their team members’ different behavioural types to derive insights into the appropriate ways to coach them.

After which, SNEF will be introducing the P-Max Place-and Train Programme (P-Max) and Enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP). Through P-Max, SMEs will receive $5,000 upon successful completion of the programme. While under CSP, PMETs unemployed for six months or more, in mid-level jobs that pay $3,600 will be given wage support for up to 18 months.
