29 Aug 2018: HR Workshop on Effective Hiring, Engagement and Retention of Talents for SMEs

SNEF will introduce various WSG programmes under the Adapt and Grow initiatives on recruitment, training and retention of PMETs such as, P-Max Place-and-Train Programme and Enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP).

The workshop as well, will focus on progressive HR Practices with the inclusion of the WorkPro which was introduced in April 2013 and further enhanced in July 2016, to encourage employers to implement progressive employment practices to benefit Singaporean – through job redesign, age management practices for older workers, and adopting flexible work arrangement for all workers.

Lastly, hear the importance of HR Analytics and how it assists business leaders for organisational growth – focal point to be applied in recruitment and retention.
