The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) will be organising a Employers Briefing on Talent Acquisition, HR Skills Framework and Government Schemes on  8 Nov 2018.

At this session, the sharing by Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd aims at providing you with a Holistic Talent Acquisition Strategy to help reinforce high performing teams and improve organisational effectiveness. In this presentation, the speakers will bring you through the talent acquisition journey across the HR value chain and address five critical points organisations often overlook. In the course of the presentation, you will be introduced to relevant government initiatives that are readily available to aid you in strengthening your Talent Acquisition Strategy. You will also have the opportunity to assess your talent acquisition strategy through a HR Self-Assessment Tool during the session.

The Skills Framework is an integral part of the Industry Manpower Plan and a SkillsFuture Initiative that supports the Industry Transformation Plan. It serves as a common reference for skills and competencies, addressing the needs of the entire ecosystem. Learn more about how you can leverage on the Skills Framework for your organisational needs.

With the IHRP Certification as the National HR credentials, IHRP aims to enhance the competencies of HR professionals, as well as create developmental and professional pathways for them. Learn why the certification is not the end, but the start of the journey to professionalise and strengthen the HR profession practice in Singapore, allowing HR professionals to be key enablers in their organisations.

SNEF will share about P-Max Place-and-Train Programme, which aims to help newly-hired PMETs better acclimatise to the new SME work environment and encourage better retention of PMETs in SMEs. A one-time Assistance Grant of $5,000 will be awarded upon successful completion of the programme. Companies can also leverage on the Enhanced Career Support Programme (CSP) to receive salary support of up to $42,000 per eligible PMET.

Finally, SNEF will be presenting on the deliverables and application process for the WorkPro Job Redesign Grant which provides up to $300,000 to help companies create physically easier, safer and smarter jobs for older workers aged 50 years and above.
