Post Placement & Commitment

SNEF will provide six months of post-placement consultation* and support to both SMEs and PMETs. This will be done through training workshops, regular visits and follow up with the aim to align the planned career development roadmaps.

*As Singapore moves into Phase 2 w.e.f (June 19 2020), all our P-Max consultation in July 2020 will be conducted in virtual mode. However, should companies prefer the usual in-person consultation session, kindly inform us and check on the available dates in July 2020.

As Singapore moves into Phase 2 w.e.f (June 19)

SMEs will receive the respective Assistance Grant upon:

 
(A) P-Max Track- One-time S$5,000 Assistance Grant
  • Successful retention of their newly-hired PMET(s) for at least six months upon completion of both the PMET and SME workshops under the programme;
  • Endorsement by SNEF that the SME has submitted a P-Max report at the end of the six months post-placement period
 
(B) P-Max Track for SC PMET aged ≥ 50- One-time S$10,000 (capped) Assistance Grant
  • Successful retention of their newly-hired PMET(s) for at least six months upon completion of the PMET and SME workshops under the programme
  • Endorsement by SNEF that the SME has submitted a P-Max report (including Age Management toolkit & implementation of Age Management practices) at the end of the six months post-placement period
  • First time participating SMEs will receive a one-time S$10,000 assistance grant under this track
  • SMEs previously completed P-Max/Max Talent will receive an additional S$5,000 under this track
