Post Placement & Commitment

SNEF will provide six months of post-placement consultation and support to both SMEs and PMETs. This will be done through training workshops, regular visits and follow up with the aim to align the planned career development roadmaps.

SMEs will receive the respective Assistance Grant upon:

 
(A) P-Max Track- One-time S$5,000 Assistance Grant
  • Successful retention of their newly-hired PMET(s) for at least six months upon completion of both the PMET and SME workshops under the programme;
  • Endorsement by SNEF that the SME has submitted a P-Max report at the end of the six months post-placement period
 
(B) P-Max Track for SC PMET aged ≥ 50- One-time S$10,000 (capped) Assistance Grant
  • Successful retention of their newly-hired PMET(s) for at least six months upon completion of the PMET and SME workshops under the programme
  • Endorsement by SNEF that the SME has submitted a P-Max report (including Age Management toolkit & implementation of Age Management practices) at the end of the six months post-placement period
  • First time participating SMEs will receive a one-time S$10,000 assistance grant under this track
  • SMEs previously completed P-Max/Max Talent will receive an additional S$5,000 under this track
